Returns are accepted for full credit up to 7 days from the date the package carrier says the package was delivered.
Email info@Arbexenterprise.com with your order number or Id (listed on your packing list), and the reason for the return. You will receive an electronic return label.
Print this label and adhere it to the return package.
Drop the package off at any Royal Mail or drop off location. If the company you work for has regular Royal Mail deliveries or pick ups they will take your package.
Shipping charges are not refundable.
Returns made to www.Arbexenterprise.com will be refunded in the form of the original payment method.
When returning items pack them well to avoid breakage. Pack them in original packing materials when possible.
You will receive your refund within one to two week of our receipt of the item.
Arbex Store purchased anywhere other than Arbexenterprise.com cannot be returned. Please contact the original seller about their return policy.
Damages and defective merchandise occur occasionally.
Report the specific item and problem immediately to info@Arbexenterprise.com or direct vendor or merchandiser
You will receive a reply with further instructions. Do not return the damaged or defective merchandise unless instructed to do so.
